The 2016 SYMMES PLAYERS IS PROUD TO PRESENT:

Symmes Players is a theatrical group of third and
fourth grade students from Symmes Elementary School. Symmes Players was created
to provide a true musical/theatrical stage experience for these students and is
run completely by parent volunteers.

reserve your tickets for the show, please return this completed form along with
payment in an envelope marked ATTENTION SYMMES PLAYERS-TICKETS by Friday April 22nd. No ticket orders will be processed after
this date. You will need to purchase tickets at the performance after this
date.

should be made payable to “Symmes PTO”.

Children
under 3 are free. (lap seating only) No ticket needed.

Handicapped
seating available upon request.

ALL TICKETS WILL BE AT WILL
CALL FOR EACH PERFORMANCE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM IN BACKPACK MAIL. You will receive a
confirmation email once payment has been received.
