Friday is the day we launch at 5pm sharp our first Symmes Bid n Buy website!
I am sure that there is something on the website that you will love!
From day/weekend trips, discounted summer camps, family gym memberships, summer pool membership, enrichment camps, speciality classes for kids, pet photo session, family portraits, newborn to toddler photo sessions, pet boarding , restaurant baskets, trip to Disney World, and much much more!
Here's what you need to know.
1. No need to have a bid number for the website. On the website you buy it outright. Many items are up to 50% off the estimated value!
2. Items in carts must be purchased immediately. Items cannot be sitting in your cart for too long while you decide as it will not be viewed as "sold" by others. Because of this they can be "stolen" from you so if you know you want it.... Make the purchase before it slips away!!!
3. Pick up items the day and night of carnival in room 4 and make sure to bring proof of purchase with you.
4. If items are not sold on the website, they will be for sale the night of carnival at a higher buy it now price and the bidding war will begin!
5. Plan on joining us for carnival as there are many things that are NOT on the website but WILL be in room 4 the night of carnival. There will be over 50 gift cards up to 20% face value! Many baskets for family movie night, baking baskets, Indian cuisine cooking basket, Trader Joe's basket, Wildtree goodies, Symmes event seating and a ton more!
6. Pre-order your game/food tickets by Friday Feb 19 and receive your bid and buy number in advance. If you do not pre-order your tickets, you will have to register and wait in line in room 4 the night of carnival in order to receive your number.
7. Please remember that we are trying something new for Symmes families and staff this year. If there are any glitches of any kind, please be patient with the bid and buy team. We have spent countless hours making sure that everything is ready to go and that you have plenty of items to choose from.
