- fresh vegetables; carrot sticks, pepper slices, cucumber slices, snap peas
- high-protein, low sugar dairy items like cheese sticks or greek yogurt
- whole grain foods with fiber like plain wheat thins, plain cheerios, pretzels, goldfish or popcorn
